PICTURE POLICY:

Please be mindful of the photos you share on social media. While we’re excited that you share this wonderful event with your family and friends, we’d like to remind you to handle party postings with care and refrain from sharing inappropriate social media posts.

TRAVEL EXPENSES

Hotels
CNT covers hotel costs (1 night + breakfast, 1x 3 course-dinner and drinks on Friday night) for employees and their partners from Nov 28 –  29. If you want to extend your trip, please get in touch directly with the hotel.

Carpooling:
We kindly ask you to form carpools whenever possible to make the journey more efficient.

Travel costs & time:
CNT doesn’t cover any travel expenses, these need to be covered privately (train coasts e.g.).

Important Note:
Travel to the Christmas party should not be recorded as a business trip.  Travel on Friday does not count as working time. All other travel-related costs, such as taxis, train costs, etc., will not be covered, and no travel expenses will be reimbursed for this trip, as it is a social trip, not a business trip.
