Merging SVA and SVB to SVS and BKWVB to BVAEB

Our client is the digitalization enabler in the Austrian healthcare sector and a leader in terms of technological change. In order to build on these strengths in the long term, he company relies on artificial intelligence (AI) projects on the one hand and on intensive collaboration with start-ups within the framework of an innovation hub on the other.

Hauptprojektziele Main project goals

  • The two social insurance institutions SVA and SVB were merged to form SVS in the course of the reorientation of the Austrian social insurance (SV) system.
  • Furthermore, several ‘smaller’ SV carriers and company health insurance funds were merged into ‘larger’ SV carriers.
  • These six companies, with a combined total of more than 4,000 active employees and more than 1,000 pensioners, were mapped and managed by ITSV in separate clients in HCM.
  • The task was to merge all existing processes and all used functions of the different clients into the respective target clients.
  • central and efficient management of all HCM requirements in the respective target system
  • In the course of the migration, the different time management solutions and the different ESS/MSS solutions were merged with 1 January 2020.
