SESSION 3: PLAN-2-MANUFACTURE

Building on the journey from the previous sessions, we advance to the Plan-2-Manufacture process. With the required materials acquired in the previous sessions, we now dive into SAP-supported digital manufacturing and taking production to the next level. In this session, you witness SAP S/4HANA material requirements planning and capacity planning before delving into manufacturing execution with the new SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud.

SESSION 4: INCIDENT-2-SERVICE

In the fourth installment, we demonstrate the Incident-2-Service processes following the robot’s delivery. This session showcases real-time performance monitoring at the customer’s site, encompassing equipment failure scenarios. Explore SAP Intelligent Asset Management for equipment monitoring, witness the utilization of the SAP Service Cloud for process management, employ SAP Field Service Management for technician dispatch, and observe SAP’s integration with TeamViewer xAssist.
