In this half a day online session, we bring your team up to date on the latest SAP AI capabilities. We provide a comprehensive overview of the SAP AI strategy and products including Joule, embedded AI cases, AI foundation with SAP BTP, Generative AI Hub, and integration into AI models. We also show how to build and integrate custom AI solutions. We discuss opportunities and technical limitations of using SAP AI in the SAP Business Suite. Next, we demonstrate industry cases relevant for your business along with their potential business value. These cases are selected for your business and will enable your team to see and assess the potential of using SAP AI in current and future environments. We conclude with an open discussion on the next steps in your AI journey.

Learnings: After this session, your team will be able to position SAP AI in the SAP Business Suite, understand the various components and their potential business value. Technical teams will get an insight into the AI architecture and conditions to deploy SAP AI as part of their AI strategy.

SAP AI OPPORTUNITY ASSESSMENT

1 day – up to 20 participants – onsite meeting

In one effective day, we will bring your team up to date on the latest SAP AI capabilities. We first provide a full overview of SAP’s current AI strategy and products including Joule, embedded AI cases, AI foundation with SAP BTP, Generative AI Hub, integration into AI models, and how to build and integrate custom AI solutions. We discuss opportunities and technical limitations of using SAP AI in the SAP Business Suite. Next, we demonstrate in detail multiple industry cases relevant for your business. These cases are selected based on a joint pre-workshop assessment as well as our own industry and product expertise. During breakout sessions, we demonstrate various scenarios and illustrate the value, so your team gets a deeper understanding on the potential of implementing these AI technologies in their sites and processes. We provide an overview of the SAP pricing model and explore what your total implementation and governance costs would be in specific scenarios. We conclude our session with an open discussion on the next steps in your AI journey.

Learnings: This session will enable your team to understand available and embedded SAP AI cases across the SAP Business Suite. They will be able to select those cases that are most relevant for their business and have an appreciation for the value versus the implementation effort. Technical teams will get a detailed insight into the SAP AI architecture, license model, pricing, and conditions to deploy SAP AI as part of their overall AI strategy.

SAP AI STRATEGY DEFINITION

AI technology is advancing very fast: every organization needs to have a well-defined AI strategy. With our fixed price strategic offering, we ensure your organization obtains an integrated AI strategy on how to use SAP AI as part of their overall IT and business strategy. Our approach consists of 4 project tracks:

Track 1. Scoping & Objectives

In this first track, we jointly define the scope in terms of processes, data, sites and organization as a baseline for setting out and deploying AI business priorities. The deliverables of this track are the Confirmed Business Scope and Confirmed Business Priorities. Both documents are delivered based on 2 onsite workshops and will drive our approach and focus for the remainder of the strategy definition.

Track 2. Processes & Requirements

In this track, we identify and select the business processes and use cases in which AI will be deployed. Capabilities and high-level user requirements will be defined to ensure the proper technical designs can be assessed for evaluation and budgetary purposes. Deliverable: AI Capabilities and Requirements defined using two onsite workshops.

Track 3. Technology & Architecture

This track is used to model and design your future IT application and technical architecture based on the selected AI directions. Integration points and interfaces to custom applications and data pipelines will be defined. Governance and consumption of AI units will be calculated for each of the processes and requirements in scope. Any transformations and migration efforts to new platforms will be discussed along with the limitations and opportunities. Deliverables: Application and Integration Architecture, Technology and Vendor Architecture.

Track 4. Roadmap & Business Case

In this last track, we will proceed with the definition of the implementation roadmap using the scope and priority assessment from track 1. For this roadmap, we will jointly deliver the budget estimations and business case calculations. Business benefits are documented and assessed with the business teams for each of the AI cases. In parallel, technical teams will assess the implementation and maintenance costs for the next 5 years given the requirements and selected architecture. Net present value and internal return on investments will be used to calculate the payback periods, and to build the story line presentations to obtain the appropriate funding at C-level. Deliverables: Implementation Roadmap, Business Case Calculations.

SAP AI BUSINESS CASE DEVELOPMENT

1- 2 months – CNT specific approach – fixed price – up to 20 participants

In case you have already defined an integrated SAP AI strategy but still need to explore and develop specific business cases to deploy new released embedded or custom AI solutions, this dedicated fixed price offering will get you exactly what you need to convince management of the investment. The objectives of this standard service offering, are to provide support for detailed business case development on selected SAP AI scenarios. We will jointly document and calculate benefits and costs of AI use cases for your business scope, translate these into the NPV and IRR calculations, and develop your story line presentations to obtain the management funding to initiate the deployment.
