Arrival: no later than 10:15 a.m.
Meeting point: Magnolia Canopy, between 10:30 and 10:45 a.m.
Midday Event – General Jackson Showboat
Boarding: 11:15 a.m.
Departure: 12:00 noon
Lunch: 12:15 p.m.
Show: 1:30 p.m.
Return: 2:30 p.m.
👕 Attire: Casual
Check-in: 4:00 p.m. *
*You can store your luggage at the bell station/concierge until official check-in
**Colleagues who wish to arrive already on Friday, November 28, may do so.
The Gaylord Hotel has reserved the rooms exclusively for those who have confirmed their Friday night stay with Andrea at the hotel.
Please note that anyone arriving on Friday will be responsible for covering the cost of that night’s accommodation, whether staying at the Gaylord or elsewhere.

Evening Program – Served Dinner
6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Room “Delta Island 5” (drinks included except hard liquor)

TRAVEL EXPENSES
Hotels
CNT covers hotel costs for employees and their partners from Nov 29 – 30
Carpooling & parking:
We kindly ask you to form carpools whenever possible to make the journey more efficient. You can park directly at the convention center.
Travel costs:
CNT doesn’t cover any travel expenses, these need to be covered privately.
Important Note:
Travel to the Christmas party should not be recorded as a business trip. If you have already booked a train ticket, please submit the corresponding receipt for reimbursement. All other travel-related costs, such as taxis, parking fees, etc., will not be covered, and no travel expenses will be reimbursed for this trip, as it is a social trip, not a business trip.
